Buddha’s bowl is one of my favorite healthy foods. It is easy to make and delicious.
Here is the recipe for my version of Buddha’s bowl.
- Tofu, Sauté it for about three minutes
- Tempeh, deep-fried it.
- Avocado
- Cucumber
- Bell Pepper
- Raddish
- Carrot
- Beans
- Lettuce
Sauce
- Mix of tahini, honey, lemon, and sesame seeds.
