Fried Potato Ball

This is one of my favorite snacks. It is salty yet still delicious.

Here is the recipe that I used to make the fried potato ball snack.

  1. Potatoes – 300 gr.
  2. Flour – 200 gr.
  3. Green onions – chop them.
  4. Egg – 1
  5. Pinch of salt – adjust it during the process.
  6. Bread crumbs.

Steps

  1. Peel potatoes then boil them until it is soft.
  2. Crush the potatoes
  3. Add flour, salt, chopped green onions, and egg.
  4. Mix all of them until.
  5. Take the dough then make it like a ball.
  6. Crack another egg, then whisk it into a small container
  7. Dip the potato ball into that egg.
  8. Rolling the egg-covered potato ball inside the bread crumb, make sure to cover it perfectly.
  9. Fried the potato ball on a hot oil. It is better to sink the whole potato ball inside the oil.
  10. Once the potato balls look golden brown then take them out.
