Buddha Bowl

Buddha’s bowl is one of my favorite healthy foods.  It is easy to make and delicious.

Here is the recipe for my version of Buddha’s bowl.

  1. Tofu, Sauté it for about three minutes
  2. Tempeh, deep-fried it.
  3. Avocado
  4. Cucumber
  5. Bell Pepper
  6. Raddish
  7. Carrot
  8. Beans
  9. Lettuce

Sauce

  1. Mix of tahini, honey, lemon, and sesame seeds.
