This is one of my favorite snacks. It is salty yet still delicious.
Here is the recipe that I used to make the fried potato ball snack.
- Potatoes – 300 gr.
- Flour – 200 gr.
- Green onions – chop them.
- Egg – 1
- Pinch of salt – adjust it during the process.
- Bread crumbs.
Steps
- Peel potatoes then boil them until it is soft.
- Crush the potatoes
- Add flour, salt, chopped green onions, and egg.
- Mix all of them until.
- Take the dough then make it like a ball.
- Crack another egg, then whisk it into a small container
- Dip the potato ball into that egg.
- Rolling the egg-covered potato ball inside the bread crumb, make sure to cover it perfectly.
- Fried the potato ball on a hot oil. It is better to sink the whole potato ball inside the oil.
- Once the potato balls look golden brown then take them out.
